At the AGM we will announce the new Board for 2010-11. We will also go through the year end accounts and review how 2009 plans and activities went as well as looking forward to the plans for 10/11.
Following the AGM there will be an Eventia seminar and a networking hour with drinks and refreshments hosted by Principal Hayley Hotels and Conference Venues.
The programme for the event is as follows:
2.00-2.30pm - Registration

4.00-5.00pm - AGM
5.00-7.30pm - Member Networking Reception
8.00pm - Close

The Election Process is now complete.
In accordance with the association's articles: as the number of candidates nominated for election were less than or equal to the number of vacancies then those nominees shall be deemed elected and there is no need for a vote.
Details of the new board will be announced at the AGM on 10th June 2010.

The Seminar will be a feedback sessioin from the Senior Advisory Council and an Eventia/Industry roundup led by Mark Saxby, WorldEvents and Mark Taylor, BI Worldwide with table top sessions and an open discussion.
