Eventia Awards Rules of Entry
- You may enter any number of events. Each individual submission may be entered into a maximum of three categories, if appropriate.
- For each 100 words that exceed the 1,500 word maximum, five marks will be deducted by the judges (this does not include text within additional support material).
- The number of attending participants/delegates/guests should be specified within the submission.
- Your entry should include the names of all suppliers involved in the project. If no other parties were contracted, this should be clearly stated within the entry.
- Please specify whether the choice of venue was predetermined, or whether venue research and selection were undertaking by the event organiser.
- Agencies submitting entries for incentive travel and other motivational programmes should clarify the extent of their involvement in the creation and management of the qualifying campaign.
- Where travel or overnight accommodation are involved in a project, the organising company must have complied fully with the legal requirements described by The Package Travel, Package Holiday and Package Tours Regulations 1992 (SI 1992 No 3288) and, if applicable, the Civil Aviation Authority’s regulations concerning the need for an Air Travel Organisers’ License (ATOL).
