Dana Lewis

Having now worked on the board for the past year, I can honestly say the experience has been both challenging and extremely rewarding.

As head of the Membership Committee, I am actively involved in working towards developing our membership and the benefits that are associated with being a member. One key comment was that members wanted more networking and this year we operated our first networking evening event which has been a great success and more are planned throughout the year.

I have over 19 years experience (where has the time gone!!) within Sales including for the past 7 years at Accor Hotels, heading up the UK C and I division.  My role enables me to work closely with other partner /overseas members on joint activities as well as day to day contact with UK agents.This communication allows me to gain a better understanding of members’ needs. 

My focus is to continue to work closely with the C and I industry. It goes without saying that I firmly believe we can develop the Association if members actively support and work together to achieve our goals. I hope my enthusiasm will assist in the development of the Association. 

There is still lot of work to be done and I am looking forward to my second year on the board and to the challenges ahead.
