All member companies and organisations should cast votes in both of these classes. Only one ballot paper for each class of membership may be submitted by any one Eventia Member company.
Please vote for all of the candidates listed on the ballot papers, ranking them in order of preference, as follows:
The ballot paper features 6 candidates listed in alphabetical order - there are 3 vacancies to be filled. Please vote for all of these candidates, as follows:
6 votes for the first candidate of your choice; 5 votes for the second candidate of your choice; 4 votes for the third, and so on, finishing with one vote for your 6th choice candidate.
The ballot paper features 4 candidates, listed in alphabetical order. As before, please vote for all four candidates in order of preference:
4 votes for the first candidate of your choice; 3 votes for the second candidate of your choice, 2 votes for the third candidate, and finishing with one vote for the 4th candidate of your choice.
You must cast a different number of votes against each candidate’s name. You therefore cannot cast more than 6 votes for any one candidate in the Event Organiser class; or 4 votes in the Partner Member class; nor can you leave any boxes blank. Do not use a cross X as a vote, as this will have no numerical value and will automatically disqualify your ballot paper.
The votes will be aggregated and the candidates scoring the highest number of votes will be elected to fill the vacant seats. The results of the election will be announced at the AGM on 12 June.
