Carbon Responsible Tool
To better measure, store and understand your carbon emissions Eventia has engaged with The Carbon Consultancy to provide members with highly useful reporting tools. You will be able to calculate CO2 emissions for flight, vehicle, rail and power; save this in an on-line account for your business or by event and then review this information as required and offset if desired, all through the one tool.
Below is a user guide to help you get started.

1. Click on ‘Register’ (fourth tab from left) on the second tool bar at the top of the home page.
2. Enter name, email address and password. To create a company account tick the box ‘create corporate account’ and enter company details. For a personal/individual account leave the box un-ticked.
3. Calculate CO2 emissions for flight, vehicle, rail and power by clicking on the Red Box ‘Carbon Calculators’ on the right hand side of the screen. This will take you to flight, train etc calculation options.
4. When you have calculated a CO2 emission you will be given 3 options in the boxes below your emissions calculations. Decide which option you want and click on the option.
5. To save your calculations in your personal offset account click on the middle box ‘Save To Your Account’. This will then automatically store your offset information.
6. To preview all your saved offset calculations click on ‘Your Carbon Account’ (Second line down, first tab on left hand side). This will give you a total of your accumulated CO2 and will give you the option to delete entries or offset them.
7. For a carbon report on any of your offset emissions click on the link ‘Carbon Reports’ (third tab from left). This will give you an option to choose which report type (flight emissions, rail emissions etc.) you would like to view.
8. Once you have selected the report you can decide which date you would like to review from and to. Click on ‘View Report’. The report will appear on your screen and you will have the option to download the report as PDF to your desktop.
9. To change your password or account details click on ‘Account Details’ (second tab along from left).
10. To Log out click on ‘Logout’ (sixth tab along from left).
