All companies applying for membership are required to pay an initial enrolment fee of £100 + VAT to cover administration costs.
In addition, the following annual subscription bands are currently applicable:
Event Organiser Members
Annual turnover: £2m or less: £500 + VAT
Annual turnover in excess of £2m: £1,000 + VAT
Group Membership
Majority-owned subsidiaries of an existing Event Organiser Member are entitled to join Eventia at a reduced subscription rate of £350 + VAT per company.
Partner Members
Annual turnover: £2m or less: £400 + VAT
Annual turnover in excess of £2m: £800 + VAT
Overseas Partner Members
Regardless of turnover: £350 + VAT
Affiliate Members
Regardless of turnover: £75 + VAT
Freelance Members
A per-person charge of £84.26 + VAT. This fee to include publication of details on the web-based freelance register.
Honorary Members
Free membership.
NB: Pre-existing CEA and ITMA members will not be required to pay enrolment fees in order to join Eventia. All companies that have lapsed membership during the last two years will be invited to join Eventia without the requirement to pay enrolment fees.
