Voting at general meetings will be by a show of hands, unless the Chairman or at least three members demand a poll.
If a poll is conducted:
Each International and UK Event Organiser Member shall be entitled to five votes.
Each Partner Member shall have one vote.
Each Overseas Member shall have one vote.
Affiliate, Freelance and Honorary Members shall not be entitled to vote.
Members unable to attend general meetings will be able to vote by proxy.
