Emma Bainbridge

Emma has been at BI – an agency with global presence in the Events and Performance Improvement arena -  for two years. She was previously Head of Events at Archer Young where she spent over four years. 

Emma’s career in event management spans 18 years, and companies that she has previously worked with include Medical Action Communications and Carlson Marketing. She has experience on the leadership teams of two companies during periods of dramatic change and has been involved in the evolution of business to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Over the years she has worked across a range of industry sectors and been responsible for design and delivery of events worldwide.

Her current role focuses on both departmental and company management as part of the Leadership Team.

Emma has a personal passion, energy and desire to improve evaluation, measurement and professionalism within the events industry.
