Having studied Engineering and started his career with British Airways, Mark moved into event management when he discovered a talent for creating experiences. With a number of years experience in product and account management, he now specialises in strategic communication and measurement. In 2004, Mark was employed by Talking Point where last year he successfully launched their newest product, Strategic Event Management. Mark is passionate and very active in helping the industry to improve its basic evaluation skills - the pre-cursor to successfully measuring ROI.
