The changing landscape of the events industry poses a number of challenges and one of the hot topics is that of risk: financial risk; safety risk; legal risk.  This seminar will focus on three key areas:

  • How can you evaluate destinations and locations and assess them for potential risks?
  • How should you evaluate your suppliers (DMC's, activity companies, other specialist providers) and assess whether they are fit for your business - financially, structurally, procedurally, creatively and legally?
  • What are the methods available to you to minimise risk to your business and to enable you to continue to operate safe, creative events?

Speakers and contributors will be leading practitiioners from the industry who collectively will give you a rounded insight into the complete process.
