Rob Allen

A Cambridge Graduate who subsequently gained an MBA, Rob Allen joined leading event management agency TRO in 1996, having previously held senior positions with major advertising and promotions agencies.

TRO offers a range of integrated marketing services, including events (conferences, product launches, field marketing campaigns, exhibitions, business shows, etc) as well as sales promotion, direct marketing, design and advertising.

Rob has supported the ITMA’s and subsequently Eventia’s educational activities for several years, speaking at a number of forums, seminars and training workshops. More recently he has been actively involved with the joint industry initiative to produce a set of procurement guidelines, in tandem with the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.

Education and professional development are very close to Rob’s heart. He took TRO through the Investors in People accreditation and personally received the IOD designation Chartered Director in 2001.
