Membership Fees
All companies applying for membership are required to pay an initial enrolment fee of £100 + VAT to cover administration costs. In addition, annual subscription fees are charged, according to the membership category and size of organisation.

Membership Categories
Membership is divided into the following categories:
Event Organiser Members:
UK-based companies that organise events taking place in the UK and/or overseas.
Event Organiser Members will be experts in providing business solutions through live communications - via a range of applications which may include conferences and congresses, product launches, brand experience events, motivational training activity, corporate hospitality and incentive travel programmes. These members will be required to comply with the ATOL and Package Travel, Package Tours and Package Holiday Regulations, and any subsequent legislation, to the extent that these apply to their business.
Partner Members:
Companies trading in the UK that provide services to event organisers. These will include hotels, transport providers, destination management companies, production specialists, event venues, caterers and entertainment providers. Also companies providing professional and logistics support services - ranging from cleaning and security to recruitment consultants and insurance brokers. Overseas Partner Members:
Companies trading from addresses outside of the UK, that provide services to the event organisers and who do not have a UK office or representation. To request a membership application pack click here.
Affiliate Members:
