Awards Committee

The Awards Committee is responsible for all the work involved in putting together the Eventia Awards from initial concept through to the actual event.

They are responsible for implementing the marketing and promotional strategies, choosing the venue, it's location, the theme and look of the event, the entertainment and the host for the evening, setting the criteria for entry and categories for each award, overseeing the judging process and making sure this all comes together on the night.

The merger of the Eventia International and Eventia UK Awards from 2010 has created a single, powerful event that truly recognises the professionally managed, produced and executed events, and the UK companies that originate them, which take place worldwide.

The merged awards are global in scope and the categories reflect that with consistency, without bias towards any particular discipline, and with ample opportunity for judges to compare like with like in a given category.
