As a Transportation Executive, working within the Transportation Department of BCD Meetings & Incentives, this new, varied and pivotal role will see you manage your own Client Air Account. Within your portfolio, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of the group bookings, including sourcing for the most cost effective group fares, negotiating contracts with airlines, ticketing and responding to unforeseen changes and amendments. You will also support our Logistics Team, managing group air requirements alongside Full Event Management and SMM operations.

Simultaneously working on in excess of 100 group bookings per year within your portfolio, you will be adept at managing multiple projects whilst maintaining standards. You will thrive in a progressive paced role and be able to demonstrate your ability to work to tight contract and ticketing deadlines, whilst keeping a calm head under pressure! You will actively look at opportunities to grow your client account as well as offering support services to your customer.

Previous experience of booking group flights and reservations and creative ticketing experience is required. BSP Management is a preference, however training will be offered. A proficiency on a CRS system (preferably SABRE) is a must. You will be a confident decision maker who has the ability to use your own judgment to make decisions without close supervision.

Negotiation skills would be an advantage; as would knowledge of net fares & group contracts. Qualifications in BA Levels 1 & 2 qualifications would also be of benefit.
