Rory Sloan

Head of Production - RPM

Rory Sloan began his love affair with the events industry working for exhibition and conference organisers Single Market Events.  Highlights included London Fashion Week and the BBC Good Food Show that he was Operations Manager on.   

Making a change in 1999 Rory became the first trial Production Manager at marketing agency RPM.  The trial was successful and twelve years on he now heads up the Production Team which he has helped grow and shape over the years enabling RPM to meet the ever changing delivery demands of their clients, which include BSkyB, Diageo, Heineken UK, E.ON, Marks and Spencer, TFL, FIFA, and  Sony amongst others. 

On a day-to-day basis Rory is responsible for managing a team of 30 production specialists and ensuring flawless delivery across everything that RPM do.  He also sits on the Operating Board at RPM and works with the other board members to continually search out efficiency and new initiatives’ to improve the day to day running of the agency. 

After more than 15 years in the industry Rory’s passion for events is still as strong as ever, and he has relished being part of an agency and industry that has seen their discipline take their rightful place at the marketing top table and is very excited about what the future holds.
