Walton on Thames based agency Global Event Services (GES) is to merge with London based agency Professional Incentives (PI). The merge comes at a time when both companies see the strategic move as strengthening their respective client positions in both the pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical sectors.

Managing Director of GES, Jim Hazell said “The opportunity to join forces with a company that shares our vision of client service and creativity has come at the right time for us. We have been looking to strengthen our position in the market place and PI bring a wealth of experience, solid reputation and client base in to the new venture”

Managing Director of PI, Frank Ford said “Having worked with Jim previously, the merge allows us both to take the new agency structure to a new level where we both feel we should be. Our core philosophies of client care and strong account management have never changed in the years we have been in the business”

The new venture will operate from 1st April 2009 from the GES offices in Walton on Thames and keep the brand names separate initially.
