Every agency member of Eventia can do the job of delivering logistically excellent events - after all, that is why they are members of our association. The difference comes in our individual approach to business and our respective clients. We could all talk in clichés about "exceeding expectations" and "delivering on promises", but at Universal we like to add a little more substance to what we do.

For Universal this all starts with our own staff. We know that unless our team is happy, motivated and well trained, they will never be able to give our clients the understanding, service and experience they deserve.
