The Conference Centre – equipped to the highest international standards. Fully air conditioned auditorium seating 2000 in a single raked tier. 578 seats can be removed to create an arena for product launches, presentations etc. The technical equipment is of an equally high standard including broadcast and interpretation facilities, luxurious bar, banqueting and VIP suites.
The Exhibition Centre – 8 purpose built halls with a total gross area of 16,500m2 directly connected to the Conference Centre. Hall D is accessible from the Centre foyer making it ideal for a conference related exhibition or as a banqueting hall for up to 900. Hall Q provides 1752m2 (net) of permanent shell scheme space interlinked with the main foyers by twin escalators. Hall M offers exhibition organisers 1500m2 of 8m high clear span hall. The Queen’s Suite, opened February 2005, offers organisers one large breakout room maximum 600 theatre style or up to 10 smaller, fully sound proofed rooms or any combination of these. New escalators, lifts and walkways efciently link the Queen’s Suite with all 16,500m2 of exhibition space and main auditorium.
The Town – “England’s Floral Town”, Harrogate has won many national and international awards for its spectacular gardens, including Europe in Bloom ‘Entente Florale’ winner 2004. The standard, choice and proximity of accommodation, shops, restaurants and entertainments are second to none and make it ideal for both business and pleasure. Many of the hotels have in-house conference facilities to provide a complete client service.
