Eventia Lanuches New Website

At its AGM earlier in the month, Eventia launched its completely new website, the next stage in the development of the new brand identity announced at Confex in February.
Feedback on the site from focus group members convened specifically to review the new site has elicited very positive comments: ‘good representation of our industry’, ‘easy to use’, ‘clean’, ‘fresh’, ‘modern’, ‘clear and concise’ featured strongly among comments received.
Innovative features of the site include:

  • Interactive welcome panel enabling browsers to engage with Eventia, with information and services tailored to their individual needs eg. agency, venue, service provider, destination marketing organisation etc.
  • A better search facility on the members directory, giving members more opportunity throughout the site to be highlighted to browsers.
  • ‘Ask Brian’ feature – the opportunity for Eventia members to pose questions on industry related topics to be answered by board directors or topic experts as appropriate.
  • Fully integrated links between related topics for easy navigability.
  • An expanded members area that is better developed for all members to find and use the many benefits held there including:  the latest regulatory and legislative updates; access to the business support helpline and new VAT TOMS support helpline; a full version of the CIPS (Chartered Institute of Purchasing Supply) guide to procuring events services; copies of the latest research and industry stats plus much more.
