Join us as an Event Service Provider

Eventia offers members strong visibility, recognition and credibility within the market, promoting the highest standards of professionalism and best practice in the industry. All members adhere to a code of practice and terms set out by the association, all applicants are required to sign and comply with Eventia’s code of practice. In addition, all event service provider applicants have a set of separate checks conducted based on their membership category. All membership rates set out are for a 12 month period.

Event service providers fall into either of the two categories:

‘Partner member’ - a UK-based event service provider or UK-based representation company, the membership rate is dependant on the company’s annual turnover.

• (Turnover in excess of £2 million)
  • Membership fee: £1,000+VAT
  • Registration fee (one-off refundable): £100+VAT
• (Turnover below £2 million)
  • Membership fee: £550+VAT
  • Registration fee (one-off refundable): £100+VAT

‘Overseas member’ – an event service provider based outside of the UK.

• Membership fee: £350+VAT
• Registration fee (one-off refundable): £100+VAT
